Accommodating Deaf and Hard of Hearing Young People - Psycho/Social and Technological Interventions
A course for teachers and developmental therapists working in schools. Theory and suggested practice for supporting deaf and hard of hearing students in the classroom. A specialist teacher of deaf and hard of hearing students will present psycho/social interventions, while an audiologist will present technology supports for the classroom.
Teachers, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapist, and any Developmental Therapist working with deaf and hard-hearing children

Griffiths III New User Training Course – Practical Training Course (Final Module)
Having completed an e-learning module online with Association for Research in Infant and Child Development, psychologists and pediatricians can complete this two day practical course in Dubai to become a full fledged Griffiths User. Attendees must complete the Part 1 e-learning module covering general theory and concepts of child development and its assessment, interpretation and report writing before engaging in this (Part 2) of the course. Psychologists; Paediatricians Allied Health Professionals (e.g. Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Speech and Language Therapist, Specialist Health Visitor) may also apply if they are – 1) Part of a Child Development Team, or 2) Actively involved in research or monitoring, and 3) Can be supervised by an experienced Griffiths User.
