CHILD AND EDUCATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY

The Organisational Psychology department at Insights provides assessment, support and training for adults at higher education and in the workforce. Assessments include psycho-educational assessments for adults, personality assessments (16 Personal Factor Questionnaire) and assessments of interaction styles in the workplace for the purpose of team building (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator). The Organisational Psychologist can support clients in making career defining decision, coaching for the workplace and training to optimise workplace performance.
